About the Role Humana's Primary Care Organization is seeking an IPA Consultative Coder to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve documentation accuracy and coding practices in IPA clinics, delivering cost-effective care to communities. What You'll Do
- Deliver coding and documentation education to providers and clinic staff within IPA clinics.
- Serve as a consultative resource and ongoing support for providers in assigned clinics.
- Conduct documentation audits to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform quarterly chart reviews to support coding accuracy and documentation completeness. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of risk adjustment medical coding experience.
- CCS, CRC OR CPC Certification.
- Familiarity with value-based care.
- Must live within 50 miles of assigned market. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $59,300 - $80,900 per year (USD).
