About this role
What you will do:
- You’ll ship features that integrate tightly with our AI-driven audio models, and work out where focused bets or incremental improvements will move the product.
- You’re impact-driven and autonomous, and good at drawing clear conclusions from experimental results.
- You’ll work closely with design, product and research, and help shape the app’s architecture and technical direction.
What is required:
- Strong native iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI) with a track record of shipping features that improved engagement.
- Have designed and run A/B tests, using data to decide what to build next.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities, and able to add structure where it’s needed.
