About the Role The Neurophysiology Lab Supervisor leads daily planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of neurophysiology, providing functional guidance to neurophysiology technologists who perform intra-operative monitoring (IONM) during surgical cases. They collaborate with the Ambulatory Manager and Chief to develop clinical education, training, competency evaluation, and new procedure protocols, and monitor customer satisfaction with neurophysiology services and technology. They may perform duties as supervisor, researcher, and staff technologist during surgical downtime and must be available for 24/7 coverage. What You'll Do
