Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Ionic Manager to lead our mobile development team in creating cutting-edge hybrid mobile applications. As the manager, you will oversee project timelines, ensure quality standards, and provide strategic direction for app development initiatives using the Ionic framework. You will play a key role in driving innovation, optimizing workflows, and mentoring team members to deliver high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of hybrid mobile applications using Ionic
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure that code quality, app performance, and user experience meet industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define app features, prioritize tasks, and resolve challenges
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in mobile technology and integrate new tools or methods as needed
• Ensure proper integration of APIs and back-end services in mobile applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with significant experience in mobile app development

• Advanced expertise in Ionic framework, Angular/React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams or projects

• Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud services, and backend integrations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
