  • Maintain a clear pipeline of active investor discussions with defined timelines and expected close values

Market Positioning & Network Development:

  • Actively build presence within investor ecosystems — HNI networks, private wealth circles, and investment forums
  • Develop and maintain a strong personal pipeline of qualified investors
  • Represent the firm in high-level investor engagements and strategic conversations

Performance Expectations:

  • Capital raised within first 30–90 days
  • Number and quality of HNIs on boarded
  • Conversion rate from investor engagement to committed capital
  • Repeat investment and investor retention levels
  • Strength and visibility of investor pipeline

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
  • 5–10 years’ experience in investor relations, private banking, wealth management, or corporate finance
  • Demonstrated track record of raising capital from HNIs or family offices
  • MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong existing network of HNIs, family offices, or private investors
