About the Role PGIM Real Estate, the real estate arm of Prudential's PGIM Global Asset Management, seeks an Investment Intern, Transactions to support valuation, research and deal execution from Frankfurt. This role provides hands-on experience across real estate investment processes and prepares you for a career in asset management. What You'll Do
- Real estate valuation analysis & cash flow modeling
- Market research
- Technical and CapEx analysis
- Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions
- Preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees
- Support due diligence processes and deal execution What We're Looking For
- Student from a leading business school or university
- Previous internship experience in real estate equity or investment banking
- Strong analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent English and German working proficiency
- Strong organizational and communication skills Nice to Have
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to deliver multiple projects under tight time frames while delivering work accurately
- Understanding of basic real estate and finance terms and concepts
- Strong relationship building skills combined with solid verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
