Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• A master's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA or equivalent are highly desirable.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory, private equity, asset management, transaction advisory or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, valuation and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting corporate finance or investment transactions from origination through execution.
• Experience preparing pitch books, information memoranda, investment papers and client presentations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Financial statement analysis.
• Investment analysis.
• Corporate finance and transaction structuring.
• Financial research and market analysis.
• Data analysis and interpretation.
