About the Role Accenture Consulting invites you to join a leading transformation practice focused on the investment banking sector. You will partner with clients to drive complex, globally scoped change initiatives and help the New happen Now through technology-enabled business outcomes. What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage major, complex transformation programs at global investment banks across business, operational, regulatory, and technology change initiatives.
  • Lead complex consulting engagements with significant client interaction across the end-to-end trading lifecycle (Front, Middle, Back Office, Technology & Operations).
  • Synthesize client needs by evaluating solutions, architectures, and operating models, selecting the most appropriate approaches.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sell-side clients, partnering with senior stakeholders to develop high-performance, future-ready solutions and stay ahead of industry trends. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 7+ years in Financial Services specializing in Investment Banking with deep end-to-end trading lifecycle knowledge.
  • Minimum 5+ years external consulting/program management experience leading large-scale transformation programs at sell-side institutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills. Nice to Have
  • Experience leading major transformation initiatives at investment banks, including regulatory change and operating model redesign.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, product taxonomy, and trading processes.
  • Understanding of digital assets and market infrastructure (tokenized assets, crypto, digital custody, DLT).
  • Experience advising on operational resilience (risk, business continuity, third-party risk, regulatory resilience).
  • Experience with sell-side platforms (e.g., Murex, Calypso) and senior stakeholder management across Front Office, Technology, Operations, and Risk.
  • CFA certification or other relevant qualifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and work across onshore/offshore delivery. Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range varies by location (e.g., California $94,400–$293,800; Ohio/Cleveland $87,400–$235,000; Colorado $94,400–$253,800).
