What You'll Do
- Participate in Transition to Work and Induction training to connect your interests and personal strengths with HSBC’s purpose and values.
- Complete Technical Skills Training and pursue professional qualifications relevant to your role, with support for certification.
- Develop Digital and Data Literacy through interactive workshops to ensure your skills stay future-proof.
- Attend Speaker Series to hear from internal and external experts on key skills topics and the bank’s strategic priorities.
- Engage in Ongoing Learning with personalised, independent pathways to build your skills on and off the programme.
- Drive our Strategy by taking part in hackathons and delivering real-world solutions to innovation and sustainability challenges.
- Broaden exposure by joining the Talent Marketplace and working on projects across the bank to develop your skillset.
- Participate in Conferences and Events and represent HSBC at external gatherings.
- Contribute to Communities and volunteering aligned to the issues you care about.
- Benefit from Mentors and Buddies, Groups and Networks, Sponsor exchanges and Career planning to support your development and navigate your path.
- Enjoy Wellbeing initiatives including Hybrid working and programs supporting mental, social, financial and physical wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
- You are in your final year of study or have recently graduated.
- You have a willingness to never stop learning and can demonstrate qualities beyond your CV.
