About the Role

• We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Investment Advisor with a strong background in real estate to join our team.
• The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of property investment, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to identify investment opportunities and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and property acquisitions.
• Identify and develop new leads and potential investors.
• Promote the company's properties and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and prospective buyers.
• Conduct market research on property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Guide clients through the property investment and acquisition process.
• Achieve assigned sales and investment targets.

Requirements

• Must have a background in real estate. Candidates without real estate experience will not be considered.
• Relevant experience in real estate sales, property investment, or property advisory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and property investment processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
