About the Role Xerox is seeking a skilled Investigator to support operating units in investigating violations of company policy and criminal/civil law that may adversely impact Xerox Corporation. Cases include but are not limited to Business Ethics, Theft of Company and Personal Property, Drugs, Illegal Activity, Fraud, Brand Protection, Employee Misconduct and Workplace Violence. This is a critical role for the business.

What You'll Do

• Investigate sensitive and/or complex employee-relations matters from start to finish, including leading interviews, note-taking, gathering and analyzing evidence (electronic/physical), documenting findings, and following up with the relevant parties.
• Investigate cases entailing Employee Grievances, Ethics concerns, Open Door complaints, Security related violations, Executive escalations, Motor Vehicle Violations etc.
• Review and understand the policy that is alleged to have been violated.
• Partner with Corporate Security on matters that are not solely HR matters.
• Plan and execute investigations, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Experience investigating employee-relations matters with strong interviewing and evidence-gathering skills.
• Knowledge of ethics, policy enforcement, and basics of criminal/civil law as it relates to workplace issues.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong collaboration skills with Corporate Security and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Corporate Security or in a security-focused environment.
• Familiarity with workplace violence prevention, security-related investigations, and executive escalations.
• Proven track record delivering thorough investigations in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: USD 63,180 - 126,360 per year.
