Job title: Investigator Payments Analyst
IQVIA is seeking an Investigator Payments Analyst to create and maintain PO Estimator (POE) calculations, manage PO creation, maintenance and closure, and process payments using CTMS. The role involves coordinating with sites and study teams, entering data into CTMS, generating payments, sending payment notifications, handling RFIs and mismatches, and resolving payment issues to ensure timely payments.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain PO Estimator (POE) calculations.
- Manage PO creation, maintenance and closure.
- Create, maintain, and close-out site-specific purchase requisitions in the local systems, utilizing the study-specific PO calculator, CTAs and CTMS for applicable countries.
- Run timely subject visit completion reports and enter data into CTMS.
- Generate payments through CTMS, where applicable, and enter invoices into CTMS upon receipt to process ad-hoc payments.
- Create and send payment notifications and/or reminders to sites and study teams to ensure timely payment.
- Complete any RFI (request for invoice) and mismatches in a timely manner to avoid any business disruption.
- Answer queries, questions and issue resolution with sites and study teams in a timely manner.
- Rectify failed payments, as appropriate, for purchase requisitions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating and maintaining PO Estimator (POE) calculations and managing PO lifecycle (creation, maintenance, closure).
- Experience creating, maintaining and closing site-specific purchase requisitions in local systems using PO calculators, CTAs and CTMS for applicable countries.
- Proficiency with CTMS and data entry for visit completion reports and payment processing.
- Ability to generate payments via CTMS and process invoices upon receipt for ad-hoc payments.
- Strong communication to send payment notifications/reminders to sites and study teams and to resolve RFIs and mismatches in a timely manner.
- Capable of answering queries and resolving issues with sites and study teams promptly and rectifying failed payments for purchase requisitions.
