About the Role Join ICON as an Investigator Payment Associate in Chennai to support the Investigator Payments (IPG) team in setting up and maintaining investigator payments. You will act as a point of contact in absence of senior team members, help continuously improve IPG processes, and support clinical staff to ensure accurate, timely payments in line with contracts. What You'll Do
- Set up and maintain ICON’s investigators payments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for payment inquiries in the absence of a senior IPG member.
- Contribute to IP group by improving processes and knowledge of IPG systems.
- Support Clinical staff in executing accurate, timely investigator payments per contracts.
- Communicate effectively with investigative site personnel and ICON or Sponsor Clinical Project Managers regarding payment inquiries and expectations.
