Investigator Payment Associate

About the Role Join ICON as an Investigator Payment Associate in Chennai to support the Investigator Payments (IPG) team in setting up and maintaining investigator payments. You will act as a point of contact in absence of senior team members, help continuously improve IPG processes, and support clinical staff to ensure accurate, timely payments in line with contracts. What You'll Do

• Set up and maintain ICON’s investigators payments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for payment inquiries in the absence of a senior IPG member.
• Contribute to IP group by improving processes and knowledge of IPG systems.
• Support Clinical staff in executing accurate, timely investigator payments per contracts.
• Communicate effectively with investigative site personnel and ICON or Sponsor Clinical Project Managers regarding payment inquiries and expectations.
• Liaise with Clinical, PTS, IT, Finance, Legal and Contracts to resolve payment queries quickly.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with Clinical teams and other departments to meet their payment needs. What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferred, or proven aptitude.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of management at ICON, vendors and clients.
• Good working knowledge of PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and Access).
• Excellent organizational, administration and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with strict deadlines and targets.
• Good numerical ability (an advantage).
