Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage of materials, monitoring stock movements, and supporting inventory accuracy across the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
-
Maintain accurate ERP/WMS inventory records.

Monitor receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.

Ensure proper storage and bin allocation.
-
Monitor stock ageing.
-
Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
-
Stock Control & Verification
-
Perform cycle counts.
-
Support physical stock counts.
-
Investigate shortages, overages, and damages.
-
Ensure physical stock matches system stock.
-
Documentation & System Management
-
Update inventory transactions.
-
Maintain inventory reports.
-
Verify GRNs and stock transfers.
-
Warehouse Coordination
-
Coordinate stock movement.
-
Support picking and dispatch.
-
Coordinate with Quality Control.
-
Compliance & Audit
-
Ensure SOP compliance.
-
Support internal and external audits.
-
Report inventory risks and discrepancies.
-
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
-
Prepare inventory MIS reports.
-
Monitor inventory KPIs.
-
Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience
-
Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years' experience in inventory or warehouse operations.

Working knowledge of ERP/WMS.
-
FMCG experience preferred.
