Job Title: Inventory Staff

Locations: Ogba and Lagos Island - Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to support our inventory and stock management operations.
The successful candidate will assist with receiving, recording, counting, organizing, and monitoring inventory to ensure accurate stock records and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming stock.
Record and update inventory transactions accurately.
Assist with regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low-stock items.
Arrange and properly store inventory.
Assist with maintaining accurate stock records and documentation.
Support the preparation of inventory reports.
Ensure proper handling and movement of stock.
Follow company inventory and warehouse procedures.
Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and other relevant teams.

Requirements

B.Sc. and SSCE candidates are highly prioritized.
Candidates with OND/HND qualifications may also apply.
Previous experience in inventory, storekeeping, warehouse operations, or a related role is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to accurately count, record, and monitor stock.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
Proximity to the workplace is a strict requirement
Applicants must currently reside very close to the work location and be able to conveniently commute to work daily.
Only candidates who live within the required location/proximity will be shortlisted.
Candidates who live far from the work location or outside the required area of Ogba should not apply, as proximity is a major consideration for this position.
