Job Title: Inventory, Regulatory (NAFDAC) & Procurement Officer

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Inventory, NAFDAC & Procurement Officer to manage regulatory compliance, inventory control, and procurement activities for our healthcare products and medical diagnostic supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate NAFDAC product registration, renewals, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with NAFDAC and relevant authorities on compliance and product approvals.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate procurement, supplier sourcing, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate regulatory, inventory, and procurement records.
- Monitor importation documentation and coordinate product deliveries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on NAFDAC experience is essential.
- Experience with medical devices, diagnostic products, laboratory reagents, or pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
- Proven inventory management and procurement experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
