Job Position: Inventory Officer
Job Location: Apapa Road, Ebute Metta - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
- A reputable retail pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Inventory Officer to oversee stock management, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain effective stock control across its pharmacy and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track stock movements, receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment requests.
- Track product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Identify and report damaged, expired, missing, or slow-moving items.
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of pharmaceutical and general merchandise.
- Monitor inventory variances and investigate stock losses.
- Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and documentation.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant inventory or stock management experience.
- Experience in a retail pharmacy, supermarket, or FMCG environment is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/POS software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Salary
N150,000 / Month.
