About Us: We are a vibrant fashion retail brand located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, offering trendy and affordable clothing for style-conscious individuals. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee our stock operations and ensure seamless inventory flow across our store.
Job Summary
The Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience in retail inventory management, and a passion for fashion logistics.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Maintain organized stockrooms and ensure proper labeling and storage
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Work closely with sales and purchasing teams to forecast inventory needs
- Use inventory management software to track and report stock movements
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in retail or fashion
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Point-Of-Sales and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Must reside on the Island in close proximity to Lekki Phase 1 and ready to start immediately.
