Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Officer to oversee stock records, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate receipt, storage, movement, and reconciliation of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred, and remaining.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
- Coordinate proper receipt, storage, arrangement, and handling of inventory.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and slow-moving items.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in inventory or stock management.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock-taking procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.
