Inventory Officer

- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
Inventory Control:
- Monitoring stock levels, identifying potential shortages, and implementing procedures to prevent stockouts.
Record Keeping:
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
Procurement and Ordering:
- Working with suppliers, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Warehouse Management:
- Overseeing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and implement improvements to the inventory management process.
Reporting:
- Preparing reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, and other key performance indicators.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stock reconciliation and monitoring in company stations
- Administrative Tasks: Handling general office duties.
- Audit Assistance: Preparing documents and supporting audit processes.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in utilising Excel or other relevant softwares for Inventory management
- Training/certification in Inventory management
- Minimum 1 year Experience in Inventory management
