The Inventory Manager position in Lagos at TeamAce Limited is a full-time role open to negotiation. The successful candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain stock integrity, and oversee inventory control processes across assigned warehouses to support efficient operations.

Oversee inventory transactions and ensure stock accuracy across assigned warehouses

Conduct stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies

Prepare inventory reports and monitor inventory performance against KPIs

Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy

Drive inventory control improvements and support operations across assigned locations

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain within the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution sector

Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and inventory reporting

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems (Business Central, Odoo, SAP, or similar)
