About this role
The Inventory Manager at TeamAce Limited, based in Abuja, is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining stock integrity, and overseeing inventory control processes across assigned warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory transactions and ensure stock accuracy across assigned warehouses
- Conduct stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Prepare inventory reports and monitor inventory performance against KPIs
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy
- Drive inventory control improvements and support operations across assigned locations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain within the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution sector
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and inventory reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems (Business Central, Odoo, SAP, or similar)
