Job title: Inventory Control Supervisor
About the Role The Inventory Control Supervisor leads and coordinates the non-exempt Inventory Control Team to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure service levels with the client. This role supports continuous process improvement by assessing inventory inaccuracies and implementing corrective actions, while ensuring compliance, safety, and a positive work environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities to maintain accurate inventory records relative to client service level agreements.
- Assist site Inventory Control and Operations Leadership and peers in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on inventory accuracy, shrink, and service level agreements to site leadership.
- Optimize site inventory processes and systems to ensure care, custody, and control of customer inventory, and accuracy on floor and in the books.
- Provide required documentation to customers, customer’s financial statement auditors, or regulatory auditors for compliance purposes.
- Maintain a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates.
- Conduct associate performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
- Ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced at appropriate levels; ensure training and access to necessary tools for associates.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent to 4 years of experience.
- Some knowledge of inventory control; preferred.
- Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, and WMS.
- Experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment and leading a team is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: national $55,000 - $90,000; California range $70,304 - $90,000; other state ranges vary (as applicable).
- Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Discounted Stock Purchase, and generous PTO.
- Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.
