About the Role
The role coordinates, tracks, and documents the movement, status, and location of work-in-progress inventory to ensure accurate and timely flow through the manufacturing process. It includes transporting parts between departments and maintaining quality records and packing slips to support quality documentation requirements.
What You'll Do

Coordinate, verify, transport, and track the movement, status, and location of work-in-progress inventory across departments to support the manufacturing process.

Move parts within available process span times and respond to production needs to maintain production flow.

Maintain quality records, reports, invoices, and packing slips to ensure accurate records and compliance with documentation requirements.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely part movement and accurate inventory visibility.
What We're Looking For

Experience in inventory control or parts transport in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate quality records and packaging documents.

Ability to work onsite and coordinate with multiple departments to meet production needs.
