Job title: Inventory Control Coordinator
About the Role Inventory Control Coordinator at DHL Supply Chain is responsible for verifying and reconciling inventories for customers and DHL. The role includes performing physical inventories, compiling and analyzing reports, and acting as an interface between customer support, suppliers, and customer management to resolve inventory issues.
What You'll Do
- Reconcile and data entry into the customer’s system of record and the WM System.
- Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
- Monitor and track data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
- Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to the customer.
- Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience prioritizing, scheduling and planning tasks for an assigned department including cycle counting and adjustments.
- Experience coordinating tasks and schedules across departments, including inbounds and Inventory Control.
- Experience using a commercial WMS (Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Excel.
- Hands-on role that spends most of the shift on the warehouse floor, with extended standing and walking.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
Nice to Have
- Skills in Supply Chain, Auditing, Shipping, and Logistics are beneficial.
