About the Role Inventory Control Clerk at Bachoco USA's Albertville Plant II, 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM). You will be responsible for maintaining inventory of incoming raw product, cut raw product, and finished product in the freezer, and ensuring proper product codes are used. The role requires work in freezer environments, potential exposure to common allergens, and adherence to safety protocols. What You'll Do
- Keep inventory of incoming raw product, cut raw product, and finished product in the freezer
- Communicate with hourly employees and management regarding proper product codes
- Work in areas containing allergens (Wheat, Milk, Soy, Eggs) and inside freezer environments
- Lift up to 65 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
- Follow safety protocols as this is a safety-sensitive position
- Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For
- Basic math skills (multiplication and division) with calculator
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and management
- Ability to work in freezer environments and exposure to noise > 85 dB
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 lbs
- Safety-conscious with willingness to perform other duties as assigned Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $13.25 per hour
- Shift: 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Incentives and premiums: $1/hour weekly attendance incentive; $1/hour night shift premium; pay increases at 30- & 90-days
