Job title: Inventory Auditor Expeditor
About the Role The SSBO Department 664 Inventory Auditor Expeditor will provide technical support, leadership, and continuous improvement to staff within the inventory/expeditor discipline, while ensuring quality, safety, and production requirements are met. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support, leadership, and continuous improvement to staff in the inventory/expeditor discipline.
- Promote safety first and maintain a harassment-free environment for all employees, contractors, and staff.
- Ensure quality, safety, and production requirements are met and monitor process compliance.
- Prioritize work, plan shift setup, and ensure employees have the necessary tools to complete required tasks.
- Identify and correct deficiencies; notify appropriate parties when a process is variant.
- Manage first-line performance issues and escalate as needed to improve performance.
- Work with limited direct supervision and stay productive under pressure.
- Inspect parts handled by employees in training for completion.
