Job title: Inventory Associate Driver – Travel Team

About the Role The Travel Inventory Associate Driver travels weekly with the WIS Travel Team to customer locations to perform inventory checks, scan barcodes, and provide accurate inventory data to help customers make better business decisions. You will safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhere to traffic laws and driver safety requirements, and support a reliable, consistent schedule with up to 4 hotel nights per week.

What You'll Do

• Travel weekly with the team to customer locations across the region to conduct inventory checks and scan barcodes.
• Record inventory data to help customers make informed business decisions and support their operations.
• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events; comply with traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
• Perform vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Maintain a reliable, on-time schedule and manage travel up to 4 nights per week at employer expense, including hotel stays and meal per diem.
• Use GPS/navigation to reach assigned locations and respond to changing customer commitments.
• Represent WIS with the highest standards of service, teamwork, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 years old for this driver role.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check per company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• No inventory experience required; we welcome applicants with Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, Picker, Packer, Driver, or Warehouse backgrounds.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home up to 4 nights per week (employer-paid).
• Able to stand for long periods, squat/kneel/crouch as needed, lift up to 25 lbs, and travel by car and occasionally by plane (3-5 days a week).

Nice to Have

• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Picker, Packer, Driver and/or Warehouse roles.
• Proactive communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting wage from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
• Paid Training, Per Diem, and Travel; employer-paid travel up to 4 nights a week with meal per diem.
