Inventory Assistant
We are looking for a dependable Inventory Assistant to support vehicle intake operations in San Francisco, California. This Contract position focuses on documenting vehicle condition through clear, consistent photography at the time of check-in. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and comfortable working in an active environment while following established quality and workflow expectations.
Responsibilities

Photograph vehicles as they arrive to create an accurate visual record of their condition.

Capture complete image sets that include exterior angles, interior views, and any visible damage or notable details.

Review images for clarity, lighting, and focus to ensure they meet documentation standards.

Submit or upload photos promptly using established procedures to keep records current and accessible.

Maintain an efficient pace throughout the shift to support daily operational demands.

Follow team instructions and workplace guidelines while handling each assignment with consistency and care.

Ability to remain on your feet, walk frequently, and work outside for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail when documenting vehicle condition and identifying areas that require clear visual records.

Dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-moving environment.

Comfort using basic photography tools or mobile devices to capture high-quality images.

No previous experience is required; training will be provided.

Willingness to work in a contract role supporting operations needs.
