We are looking for an organised, hands-on Inventory & Sourcing Officer to keep our stock moving and our records accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate stock for phones, appliances and accessories
- Source the right products at the right price
- Receive, verify and record all incoming stock
- Distribute stock to branches accurately and on time
- Run regular stock counts and keep inventory records up to date
Requirements
-
Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in inventory, stores or supply chain

Strong negotiation and communication skills
-
Good with numbers; Excel or Zoho experience is an added advantage
-
Organised, honest and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable with ground work within Nairobi

Terms: Full-time | Office + Ground Work
