Intramural Sports Official (Scorekeeper and Referee
The Department of Recreation is hiring dependable student workers to assist with intramural games, leagues, and tournaments.
Responsibilities
- Officiating: Enforce game rules, maintain fair play, and manage player sportsmanship.
- Scorekeeping: Manage the game clock, scoreboards, and official scoresheets.
- Setup & Operations: Help set up and tear down equipment before and after games.
Qualifications

Enrolled student in good standing.

Basic knowledge of sports rules (prior officiating experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided).

Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflict.

Reliable and available to work evenings and weekends.
