What You'll Do
- Explore open roles to identify opportunities aligned with your skills and career goals.
- Apply online and connect with Talent Acquisition to begin the process.
- Complete skill assessments and participate in the interview loop, which may include a hiring manager screen, technical assessments, or skill evaluations, followed by an onsite loop (when applicable) and reference checks, leading to a decision and offer.
- Prepare for virtual interviews by testing video and audio, familiarizing yourself with Google Meet, practicing screen-sharing, and creating a distraction-free environment.
- Engage in behavioral interviews with real-life examples to demonstrate problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making.

- Comfort with virtual interviews, professionalism, and authenticity; clear and confident communication.

Nice to Have
