Position Summary
The Interventional Radiological Technologist performs invasive angiographic/cardiovascular/interventional imaging procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury. In addition, the position provides patient education and performs quality assessment activities for the division, under the direction of the Cath Lab Manager.
Scope of Position: The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s mission is to improve health in Ohio and across the world through innovation in research, education, and patient care. The IR technologist plays a critical role in staff engagement, the patient experience, quality and safety, and cost effective care.

Shift Availability: Four 9-hour days (36 hours/week), flexible

Weekend Coverage: No weekends or holidays required, except for assigned call coverage. Call responsibilities include one weekday per week and every fourth weekend

Minimum Qualifications
-
For Hire: ARRT Radiography registered with current ODH licensure. Individual must have work toward completion of an advanced registry in Angiography/IR/Vascular. Previous interventional radiology experience is preferred
