UBS, a leading global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland, is hiring an Internship with Italian for its HR Service Delivery EMEA SMC team, based in Krakow or Wroclaw, Poland. This is a full-time internship role.
As an HR Operations Intern for Italy, responsibilities include:
- Handling basic life-cycle events (e.g. OU changes, FTE changes)
- Managing employee absences and related documentation
- Processing and archiving HR documents
- Resolving basic employee inquiries
- Handling sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism
You'll be part of the HR Service Delivery EMEA SMCs team working in Krakow/Wroclaw, keeping employees and line managers happy by solving problems via chat or ticketing system, and delivering hire-to-retire HR services balancing operational work with transformation and simplification projects.
Requirements: fluent in Italian and proficient in English; good knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset; prior experience in Human Resources or a Shared Services environment preferred; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills; comfortable in a dynamic environment with varied daily tasks.
