Pre-screen candidate resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain updated candidate records in the Recruitment Tracker.

Participate in on-site store visits and job fairs to support recruitment efforts and recruitment-related activities.

Support the TA team in monitoring headcount, staffing needs, and turnover data across branches and departments.

Assist in organizing onboarding programs and internal employee engagement activities.

Create internal communication materials and aggregate employee feedback to enhance workplace experience.
