Assignment Type: Stretch Assignment Number of Opportunities: 1 Reporting Line: The assigned Product Specialist will report to Rolla Siddik during the assignment Duration: 6 months Scope: The selected Product Specialist will support the acceleration of CVS hospital enlisting across priority accounts, with responsibility for managing priority brands, maintaining account-level access plans, coordinating with Marketing, Commercial team, and Product Specialists. Development Focus: Strengthen account management, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and execution discipline.

- 2+ years of service with Arcera
- “Meet Expectations” in their last two performance ratings
- No active disciplinary actions and/or Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
