Job title: Internship - Shipping Digitalization & Process Improvement
About the Role A Shipping-team internship focused on digitizing and automating key shipping processes to make daily workflows more efficient and reliable. You will contribute to process mapping and improvement initiatives and may develop simple digital tools or dashboards based on your interests and skills.
What You'll Do
- Map existing processes and translate them into concrete improvement opportunities
- Contribute to process mapping within the Strategic Workforce Planning 2030 framework
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, test, and implement improvements
- Document new ways of working so colleagues can apply them easily
- Depending on your interests and digital skills, develop simple digital tools or dashboards to improve monitoring and performance visibility
What We're Looking For
- You are a Bachelor- or Master-student in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
- You have an affinity for digitalization and derive energy from process optimization
- You can structure, visualize and clearly communicate processes
- You work accurately, take ownership and follow up on actions
- You are communicative, enjoy teamwork and engaging with different stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Interest in continuous improvement (e.g., basic Lean principles)
- Excel and/or data visualization skills (Power BI)
- Interest in tools like Power Automate or simple automations
