About the Role Stage d'ingénierie en développement logiciel embarqué au sein de l'activité Trucks Technology & Industrial de Volvo. Le stage vise la refonte d’un composant logiciel d’analyse de données destiné à l’enregistrement hors ligne sur des calculateurs multicœurs, dans le cadre d’une architecture logicielle et des normes ISO-26262. Vous réintégrerez ce composant dans la base de code et définirez une stratégie de tests via l’intégration continue pour limiter les risques de régression.
What You'll Do
- Familiarize yourself with the software architecture and multicore task management
- Propose a verification strategy to guarantee non-regression
- Understand user needs and data types to be supported
- Design, develop, and verify the solution
- Develop in C for a real-time multicore embedded environment
- Create code-generation scripts using Python and Jinja
- Debug with GDB and unit tests, and on-target with Lauterbach Trace32
- Assess impact on CPU load and memory footprint
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree (Bac +5) from a school
- Excellent C mastery
- Python knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, scientific rigor, English proficiency
Nice to Have
- Experience with embedded real-time multicore systems
- Familiarity with ISO-26262, CI tools
- Experience with Jinja, code generation, Lauterbach Trace32, GDB
