What You'll Do
- Contribute to meaningful projects across marketing and business functions such as Lending, Acquisition, Member Engagement, Merchant Marketing, Insurance, New Product Development, Project Management, and Product Marketing during the 16-week Internship Program.
- Participate in the 4-month Early Student Program (ESP) with real business challenges and collaboration with Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM), with university credits where applicable.
- Engage in Undergraduate Internship (June–August), MBA Internship (June–August), and Sophomore Finance Internship (June–August) with structured rounds of interviews and, for some roles, a technical assessment.
- Experience hybrid working arrangements across multiple locations including Toronto, New York City, Phoenix, Sunrise, Salt Lake City, Atlanta, Palo Alto, Washington, D.C., Mexico City, and other global sites.

- Current undergraduate and/or graduate students with demonstrated interest in marketing and/or general management.
- ESP: Bachelor’s students from ITESM in their penultimate year (programs managed in collaboration with ITESM).
- Undergraduate Internship: Juniors in their Fall semester of undergraduate study.
- MBA Internship: First-year MBA or advanced degree students.
- Sophomore Finance Internship: Sophomores in their Fall semester of undergraduate study.
- Ability to work in hybrid environments and willingness to engage with teams across locations.
- Leadership attributes and strong soft skills for virtual or in-person interviews across multiple rounds. Nice to Have
- Strong interest in marketing and general management and a willingness to contribute diverse viewpoints to a global brand.
