Internship Program

About the Role Join P&G's Internship Program in Rome, offering hands-on experience across multiple departments (Brand Management, Sales, Finance, Supply Network Operations, IT, Consumer and Market Knowledge, Human Resources, Communications, Manufacturing). From Day 1 you’ll work on real business challenges with structured training and mentorship to develop leadership skills within a top consumer goods company.

What You'll Do

• You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges from Day 1.
• You will receive continuous coaching including formal training and day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
• You will operate in a dynamic and respectful environment that values individuals, supports work-life balance, and encourages initiative.
• You may join and gain exposure to multiple departments (Brand Management, Sales, Finance, Supply Network Operations, IT, Consumer and Market Knowledge, Human Resources, Communications, Manufacturing).

What We're Looking For

• Are a student or recent graduate in business or engineering disciplines.
• Belong to “Categorie Protette” (L. 68/99).
• Show passion, leadership and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
• Have analytical and critical thinking.
• Have an excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Compensation & Benefits

• Internship reimbursement of €1,000 gross/month plus other benefits while you are with us.
