About the Role Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) offers two internship models designed to connect high-achieving students with meaningful career opportunities: turnkey internships and partner-led internships. This posting outlines the program structure and the role of program administrators in partnering with employers and government agencies to deliver end-to-end internship experiences or integrated opportunities within existing programs. What You'll Do
- Support the design, implementation and management of TMCF turnkey internships and partner-led internships in collaboration with employer partners and government agencies.
- Lead recruitment, vetting, onboarding, stipend disbursement, lodging and travel coordination, and ongoing program oversight for turnkey internships.
- Assist with promotion, recruitment of top HBCU talent, and seamless integration of students into partner internship programs.
- Provide ongoing student support, coordinate timelines, onboarding, and compensation alignment with partners. What We're Looking For
- Interest in internship program management or partnership development with employers and government agencies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate logistics, recruitment, onboarding, and stipend/travel arrangements.
