About the Role Join the Moto Business Unit team and immerse yourself in a dynamic, youthful environment. From day one, you will support on production scheduling plans, requirements, goods inbound/outbound and shipment operations to achieve short and medium-term sales goals. This internship offers opportunities to identify continuous improvement opportunities and to practice operations and supply chain in a finished product flow environment. What You'll Do
- Support on production scheduling plans, requirements, goods inbound/outbound and shipment operations to achieve short and medium term sales goals.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase productivity and support business growth.
- Practice operations and supply chain in a finished product flow environment; collaborate across functions; work with tutor on analytics.
- Weekly stock and transit analysis with tutor; assist in implementing a new analytics tool.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to guarantee Original Equipment and Racing service level; prepare reports and KPIs.
- Develop process and procedure documents for new activities; assist Production Schedulers to achieve shared goals; troubleshoot area issues.
- Support stock allocation and transit tracking to align with sales forecasts. What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Passion for motorcycles/two wheels is a plus. Nice to Have
