Emerson Internship Order Administrator

As part of the Customer Care Europe team, you will support the accurate and timely processing of customer orders while collaborating with colleagues across multiple functions. In This Role, Your
Responsibilities
Will Be:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system while meeting established timelines.
- Verify order details, commercial information, delivery terms, and payment milestones to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage and maintain customer, partner, and supplier information in internal systems.
- Communicate with internal teams to clarify requirements and support smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the order lifecycle.
- Monitor order progress, resolve order holds, and support timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Trade Compliance, Order Management, and other functions to address order-related issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Recent graduate or currently completing the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.

Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence in learning new digital tools and systems.

Qualifications
That Set You Apart:
- Previous internship, academic project, volunteer, or extracurricular experience involving customer interaction, administration, or business processes.
- Exposure to Oracle, ERP, CRM, or other business systems through coursework, internships, or practical experience.
- Additional European language skills.
