About the Role Innovamat is offering a 3-month (at least) internship in Sant Cugat del Vallès as part of its fast-growing EdTech team. This internship gives you a chance to contribute to education improvement by supporting one of the internship tracks (Corporate & People, Learning & Research, Product & Content, Marketing, Revenue, Strategy, or Technology) and collaborating with experienced professionals.
What You'll Do
- Participate in one of the internship tracks and support related projects across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Learning & Research, Product & Content, Marketing, Revenue, Strategy, Technology, Corporate & People) to execute initiatives.
- Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Communicate effectively in Spanish; English or Catalan is a plus.
What We're Looking For
- Fast learner finishing a bachelor's degree, master's or similar.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Proactive with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, balancing attention to detail and collaboration.
- Availability for a 3+ month internship.
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish.
Nice to Have
- English or Catalan proficiency.
- Math didactic knowledge or experience as a math teacher.
- Interest in education and its improvement.
