What you’ll do

• Be part of our Global Leadership & Learning Team

• Support global learning and leadership projects from concept to roll-out

• Create engaging presentations, learning materials and communications

• Take ownership of your own work packages and smaller projects

• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders around the globe

• Support our Learning Management System and digital learning solutions

• Use AI and digital tools to make our work smarter and more efficient

• Bring in your own ideas and help us continuously improve how we work and learn

• What makes you a good fit

• Student currently studying Business Psychology, HR, Communication or a related field

• Fluent in English

• Very good PowerPoint skills and a good eye for clear and engaging presentations

• Creative, structured, detail-oriented and pragmatic way of working

• Reliable Team player comfortable taking ownership and working in an international environment

• Eager to learn, contribute and bring in your own ideas

• Curious about AI and confident using digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot

• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting January 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally

• We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
