POSITION
In this position, you will support the Office Management and the General Manager of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region, based at the Brussels head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. You will gain hands-on exposure to executive assistance and office management within a regional luxury retail head office covering 8 countries.
Job responsibilities
Executive Assistance
- Manage the General Manager's agenda, including scheduling meetings, appointments and screening calls/correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate business travel (bookings, logistics) for the GM.
- Prepare agendas, presentations and documents for meetings; coordinate meeting room bookings and logistics.
- Support the organization of management seminars, internal trainings and corporate events across the region.
- Welcome and guide visitors at the head office, ensuring a professional and warm first impression.
- Maintain good relationships with landlords, internal departments and store managers across the region.
Office & Administrative Support
- Create purchase orders and process goods receipts in SAP for office and store needs.
- Support the organization of internal prevention/safety activities (store visits, evacuation drills, trainings).
Profile
Technical skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage (knowledge of a Nordic language or Polish is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); knowledge of SAP and/or Concur is a plus.

- High level of discretion, trustworthiness and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with tact, diplomacy and professional presence.
Additional information
- Start Date: Internship starting in October 2026/November 2027 for 6 to 12 months.
- Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium).
- Mandatory: Internship agreement provided by universities.
