About the Role P&G’s internship program at the Spittal an der Drau site offers 3-6 month projects in Engineering, Quality, Production and MPD. Interns test technical competence and leadership potential on real tasks, with growing responsibility from Day 1. The program aims to develop future experts who may transition into direct entry after graduation. What You'll Do
- Work on 3-6 month projects with complex technical tasks across Engineering, Quality, Production or MPD.
- Contribute to inventing, reapplying and developing technologies that support the production process of consumer products.
- Join a young, dynamic team and gain independence and increasing responsibility.
- Explore potential stepping stones to direct entry after graduation. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 completed semesters at university.
- Targeted studies: Electrical / Mechanical / Process / Chemical / Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Plastics Technology.
- Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension.
- Creativity and problem solving skills.
- Above average academic performance.
- Extra-curricular activities.
- Good communication skills, assertiveness and teamwork.

- Compensation: This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Chemical Industry in employment group I.
