About the Role Grupo PiSA is seeking an intern to support the management of the company's participation in employability fairs and the publication of vacancies on university platforms and government agencies. This role focuses on ensuring accurate diffusion of opportunities and helping attract talent across institutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage internal requests related to the diffusion of the Group's vacancies at events and employability platforms.
- Track the visibility and performance of posted vacancies, collecting relevant information to improve the promotion strategy.
- Maintain constant communication with universities, event organizers, and job platforms to ensure the correct diffusion of the Group's opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (or current student) in Administration, Human Resources, or Communications.
- Interest in recruitment, events, and university relations; strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive and collaborative attitude with a service mindset.
