About the Role At Cuatrecasas, we are seeking a student to join our Compliance team as an intern in our Barcelona office. The intern will support the implementation and maintenance of the firm's compliance programs within the internal Compliance team. A strong interest in corporate ethics, regulatory compliance, and sustainability is highly valued. What You'll Do
- Support in the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs
- Collaborate in updating the risk map and risk and control matrix
- Assist in the preparation and review of internal policies and procedures
- Support training and awareness initiatives on compliance matters
- Collaborate in monitoring processes to identify potential risks
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation
- Support coordination with other departments
- Maintain compliance databases and records What We're Looking For
- Ability to sign an internship agreement
- Availability to join full-time in September or October
- Academic background in compliance
