An internship focused on the Connection, Belonging and Impact (CBI) programs to enhance Xerox's employee experience. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools to support a positive culture through programs and projects that strengthen our collective efforts to drive business success and make a difference in the communities where our employees live and work. What You'll Do
- Assist in the Connection, Belonging and Impact (CBI) programs by helping to plan and execute strategies, events, evaluations, and communications.
- Leverage data and insights to generate recommendations for employee engagement, feedback and event promotion.
- Collect, clean, and organize data sets; assist with dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Hourly rates for this position can be shared with you per your location, this rate will fall within the posted range. The salary range above represents the low and high end in USD and is reflected in an annualized amount. Actual salaries will vary based on geographic location, market competition, and/or the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
